Hope all is well. We apologize for taking so long to send you a few pictures of our finished kitchen. We absolutely love the way it turned out- it's perfect for us and exactly what we had envisioned. They were not only meticulous in retrieving, reusing, and installing our old tile, but also left us with a clean bathroom, free of grit. They did an amazingly creative job. The owner is so nice. I was worried about this shop because it's located in Kenilworth and thought it was going to be way beyond my budget, but they work with you no matter what your budget. She was able to find me great alternatives to more expensive tiles. They also have a kids corner with toys and dvds which is great because what child wants to stand around talking about tile?

I can't say how happy we are with your work. We are totally satisfied and frankly will tell everyone how wonderful it was to work with you. If only other sub contractors were like you!

I walked in discussed what was needed for a fireplace that desperately needed the tile replaced and ten days later -- voila! I worked with Joseph who was professional, helpful, responsive and made a miracle happen on a very tight timeline. The installers were wonderful! Not one piece of dust or debris, showed up on time and were a pleasure. I really had a fantastic experience which was a refreshing change from dealing with a few other contractors these days.

Over and above your outstanding customer service in the world of tile and marble, we especially appreciate your expertise and assistance in the overall design of our beautiful new bathroom.
